Francine Hart who is the founder of Hart Property.

With first hand knowledge of living and working in Spain on the Costa Blanca. Francine brings over 25 years experience and knowledge to the party, including the school systems both private and state run, information on medical cover from national health to private care along with all aspects of running a business and finding work in the area.

Leslie Hart provides the energy to Hart Property.

Starting his first company aged 20, Leslie went on to become chairman of CSS International, working across Europe and the USA with senior executives of IBM and Apple including the late Steve Jobs.

Duncan Leadbetter FCCA.

We at Hart Property are continuing to expand our mode of operations and have appointed Duncan Leadbetter FCCA to head our UK operations.

Duncan's business career begun when he started his own accountancy practice operating from two offices in the UK and servicing over 300 clients. Duncan eventually sold his practice and become an advisor to a number of large overseas organizations expanding into the UK, travelling throughout Europe and the USA. He then joined an International Information Technology company as Financial Director.

Having just completed his book titled "One Day The Madness Has To Stop" we are pleased to welcome Duncan aboard.
