I can't praise Hart Property enough, they have provided absolutely first class service.

I first met Francine and Leslie a year ago when they showed me round some properties in northern Costa Blanca. I've been looking to move from the UK to Spain for some time and they were really helpful in showing me some really lovely properties that they'd picked out to suit my needs.

It took me a year to get my funds together to be able to buy an apartment outright and they stayed in contact with me throughout. I returned to Spain to view more properties this year and Leslie and Francine sorted everything for me to view, put in an offer and finally get the keys to my new home.

The Harts are a lovely couple, really personable and full of useful information for me, a single woman moving on her own to Spain. I recommend Hart Property to all!

I spent nearly a year looking at properties in the Jalon Valley and throughout the entire experience Francine and Leslie were by my side. From the get go they arranged everything and made the whole buying process not only smooth, but a delight. A rarity in my experience of property buying!

They made all the appointments for viewings and chauffeured me to and fro on several occasions. When it became time for all the legal stuff and getting my NIE etc, again they made the appointments, drove me around and made life so easy compared to others' experiences I have heard, it was almost laughable.

On top of all that they are consummate professionals, honest to a T and mines of useful information. They have undertaken a couple of jobs on my behalf since the purchase and I have absolutely no doubt that if at any time in the future I need help in any way, they would do their utmost to assist.

So, for a stress free, pleasurable, buying experience I can't recommend Hart Property Services highly enough.

In addition to finding a property to meet with our criteria and location, Francine of Hart Property then arranged and accompanied us to get our NIE certificates in Benidorm, they did this without charging us any extra cost. They also helped with the negotiation and completion of the purchase at the Notary. Afterwards Leslie and Francine joined us at our new house and presented us with a bottle of “cava” together with a “Hart Property” card to congratulate us on our new house. Francine and Leslie have remained "on call" to help with any problems that may arise. The picture above of my wife and I, hopefully conveys our happiness. Leslie and Francine are undoubtedly the most effective property people we have ever done business with. Why? Because nothing is ever too much trouble for them so when they say they will do something they do it and that makes them totally reliable and a pleasure to work with. They are always happy to advise on anything you want to know about and if they don't know they find out for you from the people that do know. They give you total peace of mind and in the property business that is the first time we have ever been able to say that. We cannot recommend them highly enough. My wife and i decided that it was the right time in our lives to buy a place in spain but were very worried about the process.
All we could think about was people who had bad experiences buying in spain. We were recommended to contact Leslie and Francine from hart properties who have over 20 years experience.
From the very first meeting my wife and i found them to be very professional and friendly. They told us that they would be with us throughout the whole process of buying our new home.

Leslie and Francine are fantastic. We recently bought a property through them, and they made the process so easy for us - in fact so much easier than buying in the UK! They handled all the negotiations for us. recommended a solicitor and advised us on things like Spanish bank accounts, utilities and much more. Since we bought back in October 2016, they have helped us by arranging appointments with contractors and have supervised the property while we are in the UK. I would highly recommend them for purchasing a property in Spain and for property management services also.
